Jasmine waits, sleeping, entombed with the dead. OOOH. So creepy man. This read really nicely. So,I'd and fluid, strong flow. As usual. The story itself is remarkably creepy tome. Cemeteries are really scary to me. Pet Semetary is the scariest book I've ever read btw. This was scary man. The imagery. Well, I just read your notes. Thank you. Truly scared. Ugh. Those are creepy occurrences but the last part about "two places" is so so eerie. Ugh. You always leave me creeped out. ;) like it.

Well, I guess that's a good thing, to be creeped out, I mean. Especially since that was precisely the reaction I hoped to get from this little-ditty, LOL...

Thanks, Greg. I trust you are doing better, my friend? I sincerely hope so!

Lol I'm getting there my man. Slowly but surely. Did you win the Poem of the Month?

How do they choose entries? I loved yours.

    I did! I couldn't believe it, either.

I am not really sure, but I believe they are voted upon by our peers, our fellow authors on this site.

I'm glad you liked my melancholy musing, I appreciate it.

I'll wager your poem, "Sewn into the Sky", will be a nominee in November. rama devi seemed love it, and she's quite a hard sell.

    Just wait, you'll see...

You know me, Dean, I'll NEVER dare!

Ee-oo , that old necrophile got his just desserts...

Another gravely gory masterpiece, my friend.

Your author notes are always SO informative!

Another creepy good read. There is such artistry in the way you tell the tale and the format you present it in. Again, I think y are grinning as you writ it. You certainly seems to find the most haunting and spooky stories to add even more intrigue to your work.

Strong sexual content? At first, I thought you would detail the necrophiliac act. Great story line and I love the notes. Wicked humor when the corspe took the old man in spite of his age. That's starving, indeed. :-)

hah, you know it, Spit! I have learned in the past, you don't have to come right out and detail the act. If you fail to include such a warning, people will tear you a new as...well, you know...

I suppose I will have to begin posting a warning that my posts contain musical scores, as well. Seems there are many out there in FanStory Land that are a bit putt-off by my musical accompaniments. Ah well, to each their own, right? I have fun with it, and so do most of my readers.

Thanks for the review, and continued support. Both are greatly appreciated!

Evil Eddie has enlarged you post to where everything is flowing the scene's boundaries. This is well written with a smooth flow of words.

Oh no, not Evil Eddie! I've heard about him, yet never had the pleasure...if "pleasure" is the appropriate word here, LOL...

    Thanks so much, Charlie!

warning in the end--

I don't know how you do it, but you always manage to scare the sh#t out of me. This was one of the best I've ever read. The style you used was creepy enough but then there was the back ground music. nice imagery and the piece really seemed to come to life. nicely done.

Hah, well, thank you very much, amahra. From what I read in the FanStory forum, the music has stirred up quite the hornet's nest around here. Ah well, you can't please everyone, right? I am glad, however, that you enjoy the overall presentation. It's for people like yourself who appreciate it that I continue to do it for.

    Thanks again!

Gruesome, horror, grisly...a great thriller. Great word flow here, and great choice for the picture. This piece keeps one captivated from beginning to end. : )

Dean: I can give you only a five star because I'm out of 6's and they don't allow us l0 stars. Of course, as you already know, this is a thorough, creative, fresh and marvelous poem/picture/music - it has it all. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this as I listened to the music and read the history lesson. livelylinda

Thanks very much, Linda, that was so nice! Seems the music has been a topic of conversation on the FanStory forums pages. If you do like this sort of poetry, and would like me to continue producing it, please feel free to come to my aid in the forums...

Thanks for the fabulous review, my friend!
