Hi Treischel,
This is a great poem and I wish I had a six for you. I have tried to pick a favorite phrase or line but I like them all.
For then,
With powerful perception
My pen will race upon the page.
Unfettered thought shall run with joy,
And I will write
It all.
However, the verse above is especially powerful and compelling. Well done, chey

Tom, this is a little gem - I love the classical, Elizabethan-esque touch, particularly in the opening and closing stanzas and the free-floating incidental rhyme.
Here I am - finally free to sit at my desk guilt free! How I've missed FS.

Tom, this is a little gem - I love the classical, Elizabethan-esque touch, particularly in the opening and closing stanzas and the free-floating incidental rhyme.
Here I am - finally free to sit at my desk guilt free! How I've missed FS.

Yes, and what shall we write today?
Just be observant on the things that goes on around us every day.
If one activity or event catches our attention, the muse will flow to the first two lines. The rest will come by themselves, smiles.
Write without inhibitions if possible and that's the greatest muse for us to be inspired in being able to set free our muse - if we tried to control it, the flow will stop and as we ponder longer, the muse will not restart due to inhibitions and non-passionate in what our thoughts tell us, smiles. let the muse control as we monitored what the pen writes, :)).
Great write and well penned about a possible writer's block somewhere in our minds.
