Yes if anybody has not experience this ,, it is hard to understand,,, my brother,s wife is bipolar un medicated,, and she causes so much family in fighting,,, she has just about destroyed the family. Not to mention ruining my nieces life,, she is out there,, very dangerous,,, I fear for my niece and brother,,, but all the family can do is just stay in the back ground,,, great write,,good luck in the contest,,blessings,,sueellen

I rather like this poem. It's well-written and has a solid theme. However, I have a few notes of constructive criticism. I like the rhyme scheme, however a few of the rhymes are slanted (not exact rhymes): wildly and thing, thoughts and through. Normally that'd be ok, but since the rest of the poem follows a set pattern, those feel out of place. As another note, since the rhyme scheme is as such, I would combine the stanzas of two into stanzas of four. I feel like that would be more organized, but that's totally up to you. Overall, good piece though!

I thank you so much for your review and comments. I am open to criticism and appreciate comments that I can gain some insight into how I can improve my entry. If you could kindly point out which stanzas you are referring to, I would be happy to consider changing them. Thanks again and good luck in all your writings on FanStory.

Anytime! And yes, what I mean by combining stanzas into four would be say to take the first two, middle two, and last two, and bring them together. Now you have three stanzas instead of six. Does that make sense? And haha thanks, I'm new here myself.

A good simile noted was: My thoughts keep racing wildly

A very good poem with rhyming couplets. Bi polar has got the extremes of emotions, so in many cases need the medication to balance them.

I think it is appropriate that this was done with a red background and left simple. It somehow works with this particular subject matter. I thought it was well written and interesting. It speaks an important, loving message for someone who may have a problem of this nature. I enjoyed reading it
