Thanks Debbie. I appreciate your taking time to read and comment and especially that you liked it. However "snow white" is used as a pun and not as a proper noun so no caps.. Thx, Dennis

Very well done, I am so glad to finally find out who pushed Humpty off that wall. I never in a million years suspected the big bad wolf!. This was really fun. rox

This is really funny and entertaining, as well as one of the most creative pieces of work I have read in a while. It held my attention from beginning to end, and I want more. :)

Denniz this is pure delight! Wow, you've really tightened up your writing style! GREAT writing of dialogue, no junky, superfluous tags ... tongue firmly in cheek the whole way through. I'm IMPRESSED! (And, as you know, that's hard to do).

Some minor stuff:

I like to let 'um('em) know whose(who's) in charge right from the get-go (the 'um or 'em is short for 'them' of course, so is usually written as 'em)

I'm a big fan of the old Jack Webb series, Dragnet("Dragnet" or put it in italics)

"Go get 'um ('em) Tiger

Big smiles to you - this reminds me of a TV program I started to watch last night, which had a similar fun premise - ie. mixing fairytales with a real-life story - I think it was called "Once Upon a Time" (very original! :)))

hugs to you hunny!

Sharyn

Yay, superbly creative and funny. Pete on tset for some silly case,a joke that back-fired for Pete took the case seriously and solved the mystery of humpty-dumpty with silly witnesses, the popular fairy tale characters. Hilarious I should say, god bless.

Bravo! This is awesome! The whole idea is terrific, and you made it sound believable even tho they were working with fairy tale and nursery rhyme characters. Decidedly worth a six!
