This poem, The Fanstory Boffins, seems to be sizing up the reviewers for what they need or want in a review. I see the Macquarie Dictionary is from Australia; I guess the English is a bit different there.

Hi, mate. Macquarie Dictionary was always one of those collections that if you made up a word it would end up in there, eventually, hehe. Thanks for coming by.

WOW! Having read today's other poem about cut and past reviewers, now this one, I can't quite figure out what you think should be in a review. I'll just say this: Those who write a lot of reviews are probably going to repeat themselves and sometimes may simply not "get" a poem. I'll admit I am irked by comments that really aren't reviews at all--in which someone tells me a story about hinself (herself) and fails to mention MY poem!

Reviewing is difficult. I have had people question, nicely, what I meant, but never has anybody been ugly. I'll take that back, I have been muted before because of a review, but that person isn't on FS any longer, and I was muted again, a while back. I try to be nice, but I do point out mistakes. I guess some people don't like that, but I'm here to grow as a writer, so I would hope others would be too. Thank you for re-posting this. I missed it the first time around.

This is cute. I've not had anyone criticize my reviews unless I make the terrible error of giving someone less than a five star rating and that is highly insulting. If you do that you'd better have a good reason for it. I guess I missed this when you posted it before.

Thanks, again, friend. have to check your stuff. I am mostly a prose writer these days but of late been bogged down with depression, COVID, Cancer ops etc.

Wow are you looking over my shoulder hehe that was FAST! I wrote and asked if my 2 year membership I paid for on FanStory allows me to use Fan Music is it? I know I am allowed to use Fan Art Pics on my poems and Stories. Can you help?

I have never gone to fan music, so I really don't know. It probably works the same way as fan art in that we can access the art from there with this membership but we can't post art there without a separate membership
