Hi, Treischel,
Excellent poem although to me the message meaning is not as clear as in your usual work. I think the strict syllable detracted from the meaning as it usually does for me. It is a worth while effort to capture the feelings of the homeless as with other uprooted people especially if it is not voluntary.

Great job with this Octogram. I know the feeling of being uprooted. Your life can change at the drop of a hat. It is hard to adjust to all the changes. I enjoyed reading this one. Great work! Sararb :)

I thought you might relate a bit.

Sometimes when you pull up roots, it is not a running away from, but a running to. It is how I met my wife. In any case, I like your program. I would just ditch the author notes (not the octogram notes) as I think the power of this piece is that it can be read both ways. Let the reader figure it out.

A good point. I'll consider that. Maybe modify them.

What an amazing photo, Treischel. I love the words you have written to go with it, they really work well together. You have taken some lovely photos, your collection must be huge now, and lots of them have be given a poem to enhance each other. Lovely! xsx Sandra

Thank you Sandra. Yes I have over 8,000 photographs now to chose from, but add more weekly.

Wow, Mr. 'T', this was absolutely outstanding! An Octogram, huh? I like it, it's very unique. That picture of the uprooted tree you provided looks like two cloaked gladiators, locked in mortal combat!
Just an amazing piece of work, all the way 'round...

Thank you Dean it is an amazing root. I have several shots of it. Maybe I should post them on FanArt Review. You might want to use it as the root of all evil sometime.

Good idea, you do it, so will I!

SOME TIMES YOU JUST CAN'T RUN FROM YOUR PROBLEMS YOU HAVE TO FACE THEM HEAD ON BECAUSE THEY WILL STILL BE THERE WEIGHING OVER YOUR HEAD SOONER OR LATER YOU HAVE TO FIND AWAY TO SOLVE THINGS. IT WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO BITE YOU IN THE BUTT.

Thank you. You are so right in many ways, although the Jews during the Holocaust might think otherwise.
