This seems to fit the category. I think I would change 'Test' to 'Testing' in the line "Test is a continual process".
A word unwisely expressed may foster a poor personality that history does not count it adequately.
I think this sentence is a little difficult to understand.

There's little doubt that the words we use, and how we use them, are very often a reflection of who we are, at that moment. Most of us live unconscious lives, not at all sure who we are. And so we write, often, as we speak, anxious to impress, to please, to put our 'best foot forward.' We don't realize that what we do often belies our words.
Your post provokes a bit of thinking, which can only be a good thing.

I'm sorry, I wish I could be more positive, but a lot this didn't really make sense to me. Words are used incorrectly in this, and it was a struggle to follow. Are you trying to say that words define a person's personality or that words are a reflection of a person's personality?

Great thoughts to value. I think people tend to think to little of themselves and what they are capable of doing. Self-esteem is lacking. Rather than stay in the middle lane and guide traffic, they go to far left, or to far right and chance getting hit by a car.
Why is everything either too much or not enough? Here a subject they should make a school study program from.

I understand that this is a philosophical reference of your inner self revealed by your outer context (words), but as it's written, it is a bit repetitious and circles the same ideas without going deeper to expand on the philosophical meaning. And I'm not sure that what you are suggesting is actually a true measure of personality. there are many who can disguise their true essence through gifted tongue and they are perceived to be of a quality far from what they really possess. I would almost argue that the personality perceived by the public is most likely a poor litmus test of true personality, especially when there is a mob mentality ad social pressures, marketing, religious influence, all of these can distort a person's words and give credence or distrust based on outside influence. Interesting topic, but I think it needs clarity and either take one specific platform or give two sides of an idea.

Ja, I guess you can tell alot about a person and yourself based on the amount of four-letter words that get used on a daily basis, or even hourly basis. Intrigue thoughts that cause you stop and ponder about what is really being said and how that mirrors a person's personality.

Test your personality through your words. You are what your personality reflects.
Too often we speak without thinking. I know I do. I can only hope things turn out right when my personality breaks through my otherwise somber persona. Yeah, right.
Wisdom guides in choosing, using words and keeping attitude toward word practice. Wise words make wise or immortal personality.
Always something to consider.

I find this to be very well written, and it presents a valid message. I also find words can often be a facade, and do not
necessarily represent the persons true integrity.
In my case to follow these worthy guidelines, I would have to
walk around like I had a stick in my ass.

Well you certainly have a way with words and I must say you have a really interesting view of life. I always appreciate a philosophical piece and yours has left me thinking which is the main goal of the philosophical references. Very well done :)
