Well! You had me foiled here...normally a half way down a read I have it pretty well-figured out but you had me all the way to the end...really a good read and it sure kept my interest and I never saw it coming...you clobbered me royally - Dinah

Ahh, Sandra, this was beyond good. Really captivating. No pun intended with the kidnap captive thing! You had me second guessing all the way through about who was honest and who wasn't. By the near end, I had no idea if the police were in on it or not! Really great work and I love the ending. Serves Sonia right for being a tart and her husband can rot wherever!!!!!

I thought when she put two identical bags in the car that she was going to double cross somehow....the loving look at Hugh was unexpected....

I honestly enjoyed the mystery and intrigue and my interest was maintained from start to finish.
Sentence length and words used meant for easy reading.
i really liked the twist in the tail and really wasn't expecting it.

A very entertaining read. There were lots of hints along the way that Janet was going to pull a fast one on her husband and the kidnapper. She seemed very perky for the severity of the situation. I like the double cross at the end. The romance with Hugh came out of nowhere; perhaps a teasing hint along the way would spice up the story a bit more.

This could be improved by tightening, eliminating most ly words, and too much mundane detail that doesn't advance your story.
