Thanks for the kind review. I have had depression for years and vertigo just as long. I have run out of old poems.

Oh my you poor child no wonder you're depressed. Have you sought medical attention?

There is no cure but I am ok with everything. It is what it is. What's sad is that there are no more poems worthy enough to post. Some how I need to write again.

This is excellent writing and the line breaks are perfect and the words well crafted. I don't know what it is to be depressed but it must be awful.

Wow...powerful poem. I don't have tinnitus but I have suffered from vertigo since getting a mild concussion, so I know what that's like and you did a good job of describing the sensations, as well as the mental confusion and anguish that comes along with not being able to operate normally with those physical challenges.
