This piece meets the criteria of the 5-7-5. The syllable count is correct as the photo compliments the piece well. This piece is short, sweet, to the point as I wish you the best of luck in the contest.

Senile moon and melting in the sky
These words created quite an image poet
So few words to create an image, that is not easy yet you have created many
Best of luck in the contest
Thank you

When the senile moon
Goes on melting in the sky
Night sings lullaby.

Well other than the use of the word "senile' I really like this write. It calls attention to the moon.

This is a perfect 5-7-5 with perfect syllable count. You have chosen a good picture for the senile moon. Your display is well thought with a black background. Regards Dorothy

Whoa, good luck for the contest, it rings beautifully, the picture is amazing, and I am sure its a winner. Unbelievable how you could write a few words, and those words tell a story. Terry.

Senile moon -
Well, it has been described as the old man
In the moon
And I guess phases could be seen as melting

Just thing the lullaby so would be more as a mumble fitting with the logic of senile.

Yeah, you pulled that one off. Your poetic
alliteration was on time. And the flow of the
poem was great. Which made the poem hot.
Keep writing.

Beautifully written in every way

I love the art work very much.

I guess even the moon can become senile.
