Thank you for reading and reviewing so generously.
I will fix the mistake.

This is a great way to express your feelings when you find the two roses of different color on one rose bush.
Thank you for using the photo. I have never seen that before.
Very nicely worded.

Thank you for a generous review and comments.
It is a bit strange for as you can see the roses are completely different. This can happen when one rose is grafted to a rootstock rose and both then shoot and flower. Kinda cool.

I enjoyed reading this poem, in which the imagery was really good. I could smell the rose and see you placing it in your hair. Beautiful descriptions. I enjoyed the colours and artwork choice. It has a nice rhythm and the essence of the poem is good.

Thank you.
The concept seems a little difficult for some but it happens when roses are grafted to a sturdy rootstock and both shoot and flower. Most rose enthusiasts would remove the rootstock shoots.

You did well telling us the story of the unusual rosebush. And the photo is good too. However, for a rhyming poem there a quite a few places where the words don't fit well, and sometimes the rhythm is out of sync too. Good work though.

Hey there!
Nice but it surprises me to hear that a single rose bush yields different colors...
Anyway, enjoy the fragrance and the colors and when are you giving me a rose? LOL :)

Thanks for reading and reviewing so generously.
It may well surprise you but it does sometimes happen as roses are grafted and sometimes the graft shoots and flowers as well.
I have just shared a beautiful rose with you and all who read my post.
