Is the pic of you or your dad. Is that your horse. Are you a trainer or what. A poem tells a story of a person (you) coming to realize that no one is perfect;that God forgives with unconditional love no matter what, no matter what -- and it is hard to accept oneself for one of Gods children. What's even harder is to love oneself. You can't love another fully and unconditionally until you can love yourself. Nice poem and picture. Keep writing.

The picture is not mine. I do need forgiveness.

We all need forgiveness everyday. Even the pope goes to confession daily. Don't sell yourself short.

Happy fourth,

Hi sholessjo,
This definitely shares all the positives of confidence and inner awareness of who you are as a person.
Great job pulling all the inner power you feel into words penned here. Strong thoughts and some great word choices to give the reader a better image of you and all you are.
Thanks for sharing it. Loved the picture.:)

Hi: What would I have to have done to the poem to earn 6 stars? I am new to the sight and wonder if there is an answer.
Thanks,
Norm

Good message, well expressed. Yes, we are basically all the same. We're all flawed, we all feel the same emotions, we all know love and joy and sorrow and grief. We are human. So it's all right not to be perfect, just be yourself. Thanks for the reminder. :)
