Another very interesting format. Take my advice don't get sunburn at all if it can be avoided. I have had to deal with skin cancer from trying for that beautiful tan everyone desired in my youth. I should have heeded my mother's warnings of staying protected from the sun. Sararb :)

Ouch, alright!

I had a furrowed face and grew dimly dizzy as I focused frantically on your feverish flight of words .... :)

Like your use of form. Really hope that is not a picture of your shoulder. Before I would admit to myself that I was balding, hiked all day in the garlands w/out a hat. Let's just say no combing or shower for a while.

I have an inkling this form does exist already. Anyway it is very nice and you gave your poem a lovely structure. We here also have to watch out for sun burn at the moment.

    Thanks Ine. Sunshine at last. My brother just got back from Budapest and told me about the rains and floods.

    What a disaster for your brother as they got it really bad there

Hi, Treischel,
This is ingenious. I acturally understood the meaning. Good structure,plenty of white space.
For me the flow hangs at dermatology. I enjoyed this experiment;

Your creativity never ceases to amaze me. I love reading your work because it is always a joy to read and a source of creative inspiration. They might not often make it onto the site... but your work has inspired many hours of writing practice, several overflowing waste baskets, and a couple of pieces that I am pretty proud of... Thank you. :)

Wow, I thought that was your sunburn. Nasty. I enjoyed the weave and followed it closely to the end. The relief came with your AN.
Challenging but fun. Well done. Robin :)

That looks bubblicious, to say the least. I wonder what the rest of this poor soul looked like? Lobster flamb© anyone?...

The unique formatting style, coupled with that delightful blistered photo, made this a fun read.

Uniquely done, T. Way to think outside the box!

That's disgusting... You gotta wear like SPF50 not to get that burn. Hope your skin feels better soon. Yuck. How scary?!! Good work.

Ouch is RIGHT!!! That looks painful, I love the poem. The accompanying warning to come and to prevent. I loved the structure and flow of it as well.

    Thanks Nicci. Just looked out the window, saw some sunshine, out came the first two words, then the letters took me on the journey that resulted. Sounds simple, huh!
