It's definitely hard to transform deep-seated anger like I'm sure you have. But poetry/writing in general is a good outlet for the emotions. Syllables are right on for each line, though I would recommend changing one of the 'rage' into something else. When it's such a limited format, best not to repeat words when plenty of synonyms exist. :)
