I am glad you shared this poem with us as you tell about taking a walk in God's creation of nature. The line that I really enjoyed was the line near the end that said," Compared to forever Today took no place" Wow, that was one of those "gotcha" moments for me. Because it is so true. A day here is going to seem that it never took place. Forever in a perfect and peaceful setting that we are waiting for one day will indeed be so magnificent that we won't really remember these days here now. I really appreciated your words and effort into making this fine poem. Thank you.

I dont care for these spiritual writings most of the time but this one was well written. Not over simplified and direct to the point.

Thank you for comments and encouragement. Most of my poetry is very visual. I like to let the individual reader capture their 'picture' with regard to their own frame of reference. You are appreciated. Carolyn

A lovely spiritual and natural setting which I find always stimulates the soul.
Well penned and with strong imagery your reader feels this work more deeply.
Thanks for sharing it.
