I love the picture. I love the poem. It is a good reminder to not let the computer take over your life. Our new electronic toys can keep us busy. But we need to shut them down once in a while an touch another human. Great work

Good Tetractys! This is a new form to me, but I like it, and find it fun to explore. Your picture is pitiful, but wonderful!
Your lines are on target, and subject matter relevant.
Facebook, as well as Fanstory, is a great distractor. Well, at least Mom's home to hear the cries. I trust that she will come out of her FB trance soon.

Enjoyed this 'tetractys'. A sad commentary however on how far we've come with our technological achievements. this little girl's face can write a book! Good job with the poem.

LOL Well don't this just say it all? This is a cute poem, but there is a troubling truth behind it. Today's mothers can easily be distracted with the beguiling Internet, particularly for sites like Facebook and Fanstory (smile). It's easy to go an hour or two, thinking you've only spent a few minute in front of the screen.
Trust me, I know. :)
Great poem.

I know too. Probably a good thing my kids are grown.
