Your poems never cease to entertain and amuse. Thank you so much for sharing; I could never write such a lengthy almost "epic" poem... especially one dedicated to children.

Five for the theme and effort. This is too long for its message and the message too big for the words. The rhythm is rough in your attempt to keep the syllables in sync. It seems forced in places. I do like the imagery and the theme for your intent. Thanks for the effort.

A Viking and a talking stop sign, now you don't see that every day. I liked the clever nature of this piece. The moral was told in a fun way and kept this fifty one year old kid's attention. And the name of the Viking is a personal favorite of mine. My oldest son's name is Eric. Nice job.

I think this would be fine for children to follow along, and that you did a good job of keeping it interesting. Nothing like taking a warrior culture like the Vikings and making it kid-friendly! :)

I saw you used an a-b-a-c format
For the piece to be so long more could have happened. Consider keeping a child's attention.
Over all I definitely see where this could not only a great but highly effective children's series.

This is an excellent rhyming poem that should be a hit with children under ten or maybe older if they are a kids at heart like me. Excellent artwork that goes well with the tone and theme of the poem!
