And a very fine moral message it is. You should definitely not let obstacles prevent you from reaching your desired goal. I do think however, that in today's world if you encounter a sign that says stop. You should probably try to find out why it said stop before going on. Especially if that stop sign is at the corner of a busy street. LOL. Wonderful poem with a good teaching message.

I like the story. All I can advise is to read it out loud. The story is more important than the rhyme. It is a form of free verse anyway. Very well presented.

This work has reached the exceptional level

Very cute and clever. The stop sign talked to them... nice touch. They never realized what it was for, since they have no roads and intersections on the sea. Superb!

What a fantastic kids poem. Totally on their level, but still with a message we can all appreciate and take to heart. Awsome rhyming, great moral, enjoyed the story as well as the poem :)

An entertaining and a big lesson to be learnt. So now all the children wants to be a Viking and the parents may have to go past that sign to go downtown, to fix the dmage doen to the children, LOL. Why downtown? To get all the Viking stuff like headgear with horns, a shield and an axe, leather footwear and and of course a leather loin cloth. "Mommy, don't forget to get the little cute beard as well" but little girls don't have beard, my dear. The moral of the story is very simple. The story is so captivating even any child would want to be that Viking (it's a compliment). Now that I got it all out, I must say the story is a brilliant one. With an important lesson to be learnt in life. Good write. Cheers. Ritchie.

This is a sweet story in a poem. Delightful words and imagery. It also has a wonderful moral included:
The moral that's here should be very clear
Don't let anything get in your way
No matter how big or scary it is
you can handle it...come what may
