I'm assuming there's a missing word in the first
line of your poem--'have', maybe?
We all talk to ourselves, and direct our own
actions. It is simply the way we operate.

Good poem, great art work. Just one thing - the verb is "lose", not "loose". Is it two aspects of one person, or a lover who is so intimate with a partner that they are one consciousness? perhaps it doesn't matter.

Thanks for your advice i have now changed it and yes It is just the one person
