Our background are in Media Education so we were both feeling bad when we lost Walter Cronkite.
We both hold masters degrees in Media.
I enjoyed your tribute because other than a handful, he was one of a kind.
Well written and important piece.
He will be missed and rememebered.

Walter Cronkite was one of my favorite news people of all time. We did feel we were getting the facts when we listened. He got us through some tragic times with his "matter-of-fact manner" and trustworthiness. Sadly, we have no one like that today. Nicely done.

fine work and educational. nice ode to Walter Cronkite. I like to watch his reports as a kid. He seemed so honest and to the point. Now I know there is bias and can't really stand to hear the reports.
