Dear, sweet Jaq, such a very thoughtful and empathetic piece that has really touched me. Yesterday was black, but today there is a faint glimmer of light as I forge forward through the gloom, and battle with the mood swings, one step at a time. Your poem is uplifting and I hope that others enjoyed it too my friend.Thankyou so very much for being there for me. Your friend, Liz.xx

This is a lovely message to send to someone- we should keep our chins up and have hope, even after we have been through a storm. Beautiful work:) I loved the subtle rhymes- they were a nice touch!

Something about this poem made me read it over again. I like the message. My favorite part is:
"Away from the eye of
the storm"
There is just a smoothness to this line and a message of faith. I like it very much :) I love your author notes as well to keep my chin up!

Hope
From where the darknes wrapped us and suddenly the light appears at the top of your sight in the dark.
The storm has no way to destroy us for as long as we strive with light in the dark. The hope is always shining.

I really enjoyed this poem. It shows where the light is and how to proceed. I love the first two sentences. Indeed that is where I try to keep my eyes fixed. The photo really enhances the meaning.

Often times, at the end of a deep long tunnel the only hope we ever have is the small ray of light at the end of it. Where would we be..without hope. Very simple yet profound lines.
