I love dogs and cats both but this differentiator certainly puts it all in one plain and simple package. I am not well experienced in this poetic style but understand the rules and you have hit it on the head! Could not be better.

thanks. I have a bunch of poems tucked away somewhere from teenagehood that i might put on here...by the way, you look familiar,and i have a pretty good knowledge of the 50s/60s country/rockabilly/r&r-could you give a hint and we'll keep it to ourselves if you wish privacy?

is homeward bound live action? never saw it but think I remember the ads. I must have subconsciously remembered the "drool" line. Thank you for the compliment. I'm having trouble with my computer (especially my Hudsonfan4@yahoo.com yahoomail)so I'll get back to reading more of your writings as i'm now able to access fanstory. Keep up your good work-i'm surprised at all the different tones of mood all your writings are and the high talent is the same for all of them

It is a children's movie. Yes it was real animals as actors, not CGI or animation. That is what made it so enjoyable. The poem echoed the cat's sentiment perfectly :)

You have gone wrong with the presentation of this poem it is meant to be 3 lines not one long line I will put it correctly below if you copy mine onto a word pad remove yours and paste in this should put it right regards Jill

Different shape to this poem. Usually the 5-7-5 is vertical. I enjoyed it although I have a hard time with seeing which line is which because it is not in that shape. Otherwise good job!
