This is an enjoyable poem, and appears to be about a cat. The only time it shows up is for food, otherwise, good bye.
My advice? Get a dog.

Yeah, we have two female black cats and they love my wife and mostly ignore me. My wife pointed out that she feeds them! Hence this poem! Thanks for your encouragement!
