You provide some interesting commentary on ageing and attitudes toward ageing here. We're also given even more insight into the narrator's character. His is certainly a kind, compassionate man while being very practical at the same time. I wonder if, in paragraph three, you should capitalize both Morgan and Steel since that's the proper name of the company.

A good and well written story . The story is true to life. How many couples, who have lived in the same house all their live, end up having to leave because of circumstances. A well written and enjoyable story. Mary

Once again you have brought this work to life. Like the previous piece of yours that I read, this chapter also flows well. Your great descriptive abilities truly draws your readers in.
I suffered a shock when I read this chapter, I know Ebbw Vale well, As for the (Royal)Gwent on Cardiff Road, I can picture it now. Obviously because of these references I want to read more of this story.
