I love the picture. I am glad you made it a large portion of your work. THese flowers need to speak for themselves. Your comments brought out the good part of the lower. They are tubular and they smell great .Great work,

sunnilicious my friend, Hyacinths are desirable indeed; do you know that the flower is named after a Greek god called Hyacinthus? You captured the essence of this beauty in the haiku and the picture's perfect!

actually, i grew up in florida. my parents only had a rose garden, some orchids and a bell lillies bush. and now, i only get what they have at the supermarket. but that hyacinths painting is beautiful. thanks for the history lesson. also, thank you for the review. You're nice.

I enjoyed the echoing sounds in your tiny 5-7-5 and the vivid description of the hyacinths. The artwork you chose enhances your words as well. -Joan

This is another lovely word illustration. They are such lovely flowers, aren't they? The only thing, love, is that I'm not sure what you mean by 'tout'. Do you perhaps mean taut? I think this would make more sense. But you captured the essence of the flowers beautifully. Well done. Mike

I like Haikus because they force me to really concentrate on what was in the writer's mind when he or she writes a piece. This Haiku paints a beautiful picture of hybrid hyacinths. They are indeed desirable and lovely. Nicely done and the artwork is apropos.

Tout? Tout? Did you mean taut? Or am I missing something. This little haiku is packed with sex appeal, and double entendre, I just don't get the first word. Please explain! If you care to. patti r.
