Hi
I really enjoy the intensity of emotion of this poem which shows great endearing love for the recipient. There is a kind of cascading of different lines and emotions all reaching out in the expression of love. I like the line "you help me gain the strength that I deserve". May I suggest that there may be some spelling errors. For example in the phrase you say "when you're not here" from the second line you will notice that the spellings in the poem are for the homonyms of these words have is "your" and "hear". I had a very hard time reading this. I think there should be more contrast between your background and the writing. I had to really work to see it, so much I couldn't really enjoy it.
