Oh my - you have my heart with this write. I am of Irish people and the stories my Grammy told always painted pictures on my eye - heaven and more. Your imagery is wonderful and paints those same pictures for me. Good work!

It seems that you have a fantastic imagination and you express it so well in your opening couplet but when you envision the magic Aurora Borealis you bring us all back down to earth. In my book, poetry needs startling image combinations; not adjectives.Since time immemorial we have cast wondrous eyes at the universe and tried to capture it in our imaginations. Let me introduce you to my modest effort which I called Singing Nebulae.
Somewhere out there/A star grows cold as stone/It implodes in a flare of colored dust/An light and a universal song explodes/.A new born nebula dances away/And another star becomes/Just another meteorite. NOw can our imaginations match our awesome skies? -Ekim777
