How true that we have much to be ashamed of as a nation. As we celebrate, we need to take a close look at what our country really stands for today. Nice rhymes.4th is spelled fourth~Debbie

Yes, a grand tribute to military and civil service. I felt the passion that went into writing this piece. the rhyme was excellent and meter was also very good. Thank you for sharing this holiday piece.

Blessings to you on this poem today. Just go back in and fix the Fourth spelling. I admired this much today and yes it also reminded me of our military out there fighting for our Red White and Blue. Great job poet

This is a great tribute to all the people that has done their share in the country you love and the red white and blue depicted extremely patriotically here old sport.
