I love the poem to Momma. I had one like it. Officially she was my stepmother. I didn't know it until I was quite older. The lord sent that angel to me. Great work.

God bless you! Thank you so much for reading it. I'm so happy you liked it. My Mom was my best friend and this was my way of paying tribute to her. The photo is a picture of her. I finally figured out how to download it. I first posted this poem last year when I started with Fan Story, so I'm thrilled you found it! Thank you again for this sweet review!

In my personal opinion, I not only enjoyed reading this so well put together poem to a mother who has passed on, but truly loved the flow of thought and deep down emotion that went with expressing this on paper. Excellent work!

That is a very beautiful poem. It's beautiful to hear, this is the cleansing of your soul. We definately are kindred spirits as I lost my brother when I was only 13 years old. I wept for a long time and still do, but writing is definately a great way to keep her in your heart. Thank you for sharing it!

Wow! Thank you so much! I posted that awhile back. I didn't think anyone would see it now. This means so much to me. I was blessed. My Mom was my best friend. I'm so sorry about your brother. I lost my sister in 2004. She was 46 but it was still a shock. Sometimes I think that kind of death is harder to get over Anyway, I'm so glad you liked my poem! Thank you again!
