I think that child is going to have to see a shrink if this keeps up. I enjoyed this chapter, I just can't imagine where you are coming up with this stuff. Great job.

I come up with them from my dark, seep subconcious. Be afraid, be very afraid.
Thanks for the review.

Oh,what a bad Bogey Man. He is attacking all of the childhood myths and turning everything to horror. LOL!So scary. Fun, though.
Children will love this. Are these the stories you told your kids and are you getting them ready for the grand kiddied? They should love this.

. . . and I almost skipped this! Wonderfully surrealistic tale that would terrify any tot with her wits about her. The Bogey Man, benign as he may seem, is a force to reckon with, and fortunately Annabelle can. No matter how much he tries, she won't stay scared for long. Wonderful descriptive writing, and far-out pixies and fairies with different functions.

This is AWESOME! It is wonderfully Roald Dahlesque and ridiculous. The way the Bogey Man toys with Annabelle is extremely funny and witty.
The story within the story is well crafted as well. I especially love:
"Fairies!" exclaimed Annabelle. "It's tooth fairies, not tooth pixies. Whoever heard of tooth pixies?"
Tooth pixies, as Anne knew, because she wasn't stupid; tooth pixies work with the tooth fairies in the distribution of baby teeth. Anne knew, unlike some other stupid girls I could mention ...
"I'm not stupid! Stop calling me stupid!"
Also the clever little girl who could trick the Bogey Man into entertaining her but still gets tricked by him is very satisfying.
I really, really enjoyed this story tremendously.
