What a beautiful piece. I would suggest this writing to young Mothers allowing them a peep into their future and all of the joy it can possibly contain. Lindsay is a lucky girl!

Aw what a sweet and lovely recognition and celebration of your niece in her new motherhood role. It's a beautiful thing to see a young woman transform into this life-altering phase, where the mother bear steps forward to nurture and protect and teach. Your niece sounds like she is a great mom.

Hi there,

A very fine piece indeed which holds an almost universal truth - the unconditional love for a child.

The short verses add a good sense of pacing to the piece which pulls the reader through.

to offer your best!"...Hah, not me, buddy! I ain't suckling nothing at my breast...if I had any.
Besides, I fear the little whipper snapper would plumb starve to death if he had to rely on getting milk outta me for sustenance.
Couldn't I just bottle feed him and get the job done that way?
