You're welcome. I have met so many wonderful people on FS. I have some very dear friends that I may never meet in person because they live all over the world, and I like you have called on them to wipe away tears at times. It's so wonderful to be part of this, and you have been so kind to share your story and feelings with us. Thank you.

I don't think that I have read much of your work, but can certainly relate. The kind people on this site helped me to get through a rough divorce. I can promise you this, better days are ahead. Depression is hard to deal with, but this too shall pass. I hope you start feeling better soon. I am sorry to hear of your tragic accident- Sam

Very heartwarming, and poignant. Well-spoken, Aussie, and spot-on, in my opinion. I've found a great deal of people here on this site who are very supportive of writing and are quite willing to help one improve.

A very heartfelt message. I am sorry to hear you are feeling down at the moment being the anniversary of your accident, but look at it this way. You are here, alive. You mustn't give up. You sound like a lovely lady who has so much to give, you must try and find an outlet for that giving. You say you are in a wheelchair, are you at all able to go out? If so look around you, take pleasure from natures sights, they are there for all to enjoy , not only the able bodied.I wish you peace of mind, Ladbird.

Ladybird, Thanks so much for your caring words; I can get out on my mobility scooter. I was just in a black hole at the anniversary of the accident; one would think after twenty seven years on, I would be over it! Every year it hits me like a ton of bricks; I thank you my friend. Blessings, Kay.

This is a lovely tribute to this site and its members. Yes, I agree that it is a Godsend, as well. I feel fortunate to have found this special place and to have made so many caring friends and fellow writers.
Good luck in your life, and may the sun shine on your days and all your dreams come true.

Good luck to you. As we all gain from writing, some of us gain much more from meeting people and reading their thoughts and their ideas. God Bless you.

G'day my Aussie compatriot. Make sure you keep your literary wheels turning. The beauty in writing is not so much acclaim, but genuinely communicating with another like-minded person. Look after yourself. Cheers. Nick.
