I noticed one mistake; your spelling of Altruism. A very well written story about a gratifying experience. I enjoyed reading it.

A wonderful story. The reader could feel how touched you were by a simple act of kindness. Held the reader's attention and flowed very smoothly. There are some spag issues that I feel need adjusting, and when that is done, I think you will have a very well written and polished story.

My suggestions:

she already disapered - (had already disappeared)
worries dissapered - (disappeared)
heart illed (filled)
I saw wtih the beer in her hands (I saw her with the beer)
Tears weiled (welled)
Southern lady said gracious thanks (lady graciously said thanks)
All the vice seemed to have dissapeared (disappeared) - also this sentence needs to be reworked (All the vice in the world would disappear)-would be one thought
world had people like this (more people like this)
