I liked your poem It is sometimes difficult to find our way and recognize our song which you have stated so eloquently. You passages provide a guiding light back to where we the lost souls need to be. It is the musical light within we should seek. This is a wonderful read. jeana

This is a lovely poem and as usual

Yes, sing, sing, sing! Hi ya JJ--Oh, how I love references to music...isn't it the most perfect gift? I especially enjoyed the final stanza, with it "comforting" lullaby connection; beautiful writing, yet again, sweetie pie.
Holiday hugs,
Lark

This is lovely Jewell. The presentation is really good ... not only the artwork but the layout of verses is very attractive too.
I adore the entire second stanza! Well done

But those verses are an enjoyable challenge to create. I love this poem which is a melody in and of itself that I find is well written and high spirited.
I also enjoyed the last stanza and will not suggest that you add, "...and companionship is his two cats and a dog used as a heat source." I really enjoyed this one.

It is a great and wonderful thing to be confident and sure of oneself. Then one can sleep without care and wake with joy. You wrote of it very well. Nicely done.
