Hi Jewell,
This is another example of your sheer creativity in imagery. Dawn is associated with hope and why should dusk be associated with despair? Dream, dream, nd enjoy the bliss of the night and take your journey on beautiful paths. There is another dawn tomorrow. Wonderful dear.

I love your insightful reviews. You tend to review the content and don't grade for academics. I appreciate the heart felt words you share after reading my work.
Not that I don'[t want to write a good poem, but I get frustrated with the die hard perfectionists who can't let their hair down.

Jj,
a dawn by itself enough. A dusk the same.
But dawn to dusk.....how can one express it
any better than this? My soul is dancing. di

Again, the ending is perfect, Jewell. Your words are even more beautiful than the picture of the lake. Great job of writing, my friend.

What a positively brilliant inspiration; so warmly and engagingly
conveyed! This piece keeps reverating though the senses, oh
so encouragingly! Deftly sounds like a subtle confirmation; a sense
of some preordained, mystic experience awaits us if we embrace
its anticipation; and bequeathed a sense of freedom, comfort and
direction, culminating in a kind of delirium of sudden, spinning
optimism. Thanks ...this is splendorous.

Lest, I repeat myself. Thank you for the great treat.

Very nice, jewell. I love how your poetry takes on many levels through metaphorical analogies. I am in awe of your talent. The imagery, the music this poem makes when it rolls off the tongue, and the presentation all make this piece a treasure. Thanks for sharing. Janelle

This poem offers the readers a challenge: "Do you hesitate to enter?" Do you welcome each new day with eyes open. "Do not close your eyes / before you welcome / dancing clouds / in a moonlit sky." Such a powerful stanza!
The last stanza calls us to join in the celebration.
Well done.

Beautiful picture you took Jewel. Your words to describe it "Do not close your eyes, before you welcome dancing clouds in a moonlit sky," show great imagery.
You wrote about a sunset and I wrote about A Walk In The Woodlands. We each have nature on our mind, and both show God's handiwork. Great job! V.A.
