Hi Jewell,
Yes, one has to thank God for every new day He gives us. And make the best of it. This free flowing poem was full of imagery, very vivid and creative, and the occasional alliteration added to its beauty. Such poems had the power of refreshing us.

Thank you Bear, I recently lost a good friend. She was only 21 and DID live life to the fullest! Every day since her death, a week ago, I keep thinking of how much more she lived in 21 yrs. than I have in 48!

Your auother's note is really cute! I really like this poem a lot, it is a sense of relaxation and it got me relaxed for a couple minutes there thinking of looking outside and the birds, the sky, the trees and ECT.. I really like this a lot. So simple, but so unique and creative! =)

Inner Sanctum---another beautiful poem full of wonderful imagery and excellent use of personification and repetition. The form is perfect and the meter as well. I like the simile in the second stanza. Great job and so enjoyable to read. Homespring

Hmmm... Your notes don't really match the content for me. I guess I missed on this one. I thought it really was as simple as it was written. Still, nicely done.

Cute poem. You have all the good images. Most of the time they are the ones I enjoy in the morning, myself. Thanks for a fine read. Ray

Wow...you embrace each day with fresh love and lively spirit. Your work confronts life in its totality and comes up a winner, supplying a subtle beauty that is gently distributed throughout your poem. We are all slaves to our environments and when we allow our feelings free reign we open ourselves to a world of wonder.
