This is an excellent poem. It has the elements of a creepy killer. I guess he captures victims and hangs them on his hooks. Yummy!!!

This is a good one. There have been a lot of remakes of this classic horror movie. I wonder if Elon Musk is aware that his little show and tell with the chainsaw may have reminded a few folks of Leatherface.

I think the Texas Chainsaw massacrer is what I'd like to grow up to be. I mean, nobody could rip through flesh and bones than I could. Buzz buzz.

Its no surprise that I have never watched this film but I am aware of its existence. Believe it or not I do like to watch true crime gruesome documentaries like Jeffrey Dahmer. I watched silence of the lambs too - I enjoyed that one. I am a fan of Anthony Hopkins and was surprised to learn that he is autistic. What is the Leatherface in reference to?

    He wears a mask made of human skin. Leatherface. They based the film loosely on the serial killer Ed Gein. If you don't know about old Ed, look him up sometime. I think he was the first serial killer I became aware of when I was about 13 and I became fascinated from then on.

Your poem tells me more than I ever knew about the movie, since I never saw it. It seems like you included all the basics in your poem. The cannibal family is what is most shocking to me. BTW, I loved the Queen video. "I'm Going Slightly Mad," sounds like a good story.

Did you work for a living or simply played music all your life. I mean I collect records and recently sold 1500 forty-fives from the 50-60-and seventies. I added a couple hundred to my play list but it seems your is endless

You chose the best one! I'm the guy who knows nothing about horror movies but loves to watch them. I couldn't guess what is going to happen next with a script of the scenes right in front of me. I'm going to give this prompt a try. Nice work.

This is very compelling for what a short poem it is. The cannibal family and the meat hooks really stood out to me. Oh, Texas Chainsaw massacre is definitely a good one. I enjoyed this read.

Confession- I have not watched that movie (because I am scared of blood on the screen). After reading this poem, I think I will not be watching it anytime soon. Love the black and white presentation- makes it even more creepy!

    i have a secret. I am a horror writer who has fainted at the sight of blood all my life lol I am getting a little better, now it isn't all blood, just specific circumstances. But I watch horror movies from behind a pillow. Tell anyone and i will deny it...even though it is now in the comments sections lol
