    I like how you think on my thought. There could have been more had the originator not restricted my rumination to one hundred words, but it was a fun write down memory lane, even if a fictitious one since I really couldn't view the event.

    Well, my word counter said 100 words... see 100 words 522 characters, and I see why. Forty-five was counted as one word. So, what to do? Take the hyphen out or add an I after likely. It's a catch twenty-two for if I do, then another might claim I have one to many. Strange that you would count them, and to drop me from 5 to 4 instead of 6 to 5, well sakes alive! Have a good day.

    I am doing this out of fairness to my fellow contestants to make sure they don't get disqualified over a minor mistake. Leaving a 4 is more likely to catch someone's attention.

    Hyphenated words count as one word in all word processors, as they are contiguous blocks of text. So you are indeed at 99. Don't shoot the messenger! Harambe has already been killed once for your sins.

    Whether the CEC enforces the rules or not is up to them, but I am a stickler for rules. If you add a word, I will adjust your review up to a 5. To earn a six, your baby would need to be sitting in Jesus' lap with a puppy. 🦍

    I added a star. Pretty decent looking baby. Your entry was quite creative btw. I ran around very quickly slapping fours on everything that was missing one word, which was a ton of the pieces in the contest. I too may have started on a cold winter night (some years later). 🦍

This has such a fun twist! I love how you share history with a touch of humor. It feels like the beginning of something really interesting when I started reading it. The mention of the earthquake is a surprise. Very creative.
