    I also occasionally have thoughts about how I wish we had met when we were healthy and unencumbered. We would have burnt the house down, danced, cooked, and played strip poker. These days I would be asked to play unstrip poker. When they win, I have to put more clothes on. Oh well, dreams are wonderful things. Karen

    Well, we might have done all those things . . . but the strip poker. It takes too long to get naked waiting for the cards to fall. I more think we might have slipped off alone just after hello. And probably did as much talking as anything else. :-)

This is a great betrayal poem. It has all the elements of a cheating spouse. It is well organized and flows nicely from beginning to end.

This poem, Backyard Bluff, allows that the man in the story is not only a liar, but quite prolific in the impregnating area. He could be the perfect man in Bizarro world.

Yet another pretty girl. this rhyming poem about cheating spouse is extremely interesting .I like that the spouse pretended to be the injured one and he got his just desserts...

A great rhyming poem about bad relationships Karen. I enjoyed the rhyming scheme very much and it is such a real subject to write about too. The photo goes good with the poem. Keep up the great work!

Karen, this sounds too authentic to be just a reality ditty from a talented pen...Moreover, somebody seemed to be on the wrong end of this donny-

    Nope. My guys did not have affairs. But, I knew friends whose husbands were idiots, and broke their vows. I told my guys if they dipped their wick elsewhere, I would cut it off. I did not share my toys. :-)

Tammy is in my prayers. Your poem sounds like what happens in a lot of neighborhoods. Who is the liar! At least one neighbor has his own problems and doesn't need a vote.
