A nice poem that reads easy and flows nicely. A deep poem that ask some difficult questions. A path that we all will walk. We are born and will do some day. Then what?

This describes creation well. Each single line is an aspect and the tercet following it a definition all leading us to the knowledge we are here to do a certain job to make our lives and others more faithful and livable.
In tercet 6 got should be get and used should be use so all verbs are in the same tense.

hi, the poem is a forceful declaration of supremacy of the Creator. We , in our daily pursuitsand ignorance, arrogate to ourselves the excellence, whereas it is His benevolence. The language, the vocab, the alliteration is awesome. Thanks for sharing.

A flash of fire across the bow!
Mankind will soon be learning how
the WRITER views their luney ways
and of the bill everyone pays.
Nicely turned, my friend.

I find something deeply profound, with a mixture of grief and joy, in your poetry. What I have read of this book seems like a work that can change lives - if you could get our deaf and blind fellow humans to listen.

A.W. I have read much of your works since I joined FS. This ranks at the top as a well told, story only in poem form.
Mankind would do well to remember, these are indeed God's creations, on loan to humanity.
I could say much more but will end by simply saying, this poem touched by spirit by speaking words of wisdom and truth...Mary.

Truth be said,
It can never steer you wrong. Your poem flows smooth. Images project well
Order of words makes the statement even more powerful. Your poem comes to full circle. You have created much emotion. As for the artwork it is acompliment to your poem.
Cheers, Azulazul

From top to bottom this is written with grace and style and given my penchant for anything N.A. (including much of my own work) I am guessing very much written from that point of view. You are right of course that the best way to serve Him is through the protection of His earth and all that is on it. My turn to wish I had 6
