This fantastic poem is so colorful and dramatic. It's a twist on Romeo and Juliet only In macabre style.

and leaped to your death -- wait... i'm confused by these lines... she thought he was dead and leapt to her death?
and loosing my soul <-- LOSING (1 'o')
other than those two spots, this was great romantic imagery with mostly smooth flow (i stumbled over those two line above lol)

That's a wonderful quote to set the scene! A world apart now, this soldier bitterly regrets his actions and can only seek redemption in the new world once his sins are purged. A beautiful, poignant love story and a joy to read. "My heart no long(er) beats" Warm wishes Debbie

Well, as all tales of Dracula goes, this one is dark and romantic at the same time. It think it iswell illustrated and meets the criteria excellent. Great entry of the club. Thanks for sharing.
