You know they had some fun dancing back then. When my son was in junior high, I was a little floored at the way young kids were dancing, and we were supposed to try to chaperone and stand in between their "dirty dancing" but I didn't want to be that parent, so I asked if I could go to a different Station to chaperone.

Dan dances like Jerry Lewis who didn't dance dirty. If this story takes place back in the 1950's, some people, especially religious people felt all dancing was a sin and dirty. Either way, Dan's mom wasn't having any of it. I wish you the best in the contest.
