Gypsy,
An unusual perspective you have alluded to in this poem - nicely done!
Other than your possible intended syllable count, consider: only the blind (person?) feels the wonder.
Best wishes for the New Year.

Whoa. That is deep and stirring and a supreme reminder of the importance of gratitude and appreciation. Really excellent poem, Gypsy. I apologize for being out of sixes.

Many times we only miss what we once had and took for granted. Fo those who are able to see, it has become a common sight, but for the one with out vision he uses his other senses to appreciate the wonder. Beautiful and relatable.

The blind person is so much more perceptive to the things around them than are the sighted person. We take things for granted. Thank you for sharing this wonderful poem, presentation, and message.

That's so true! We often miss out on the wonder because of taking things for granted! And the blind person can feel the wonder of the sunlight even though he can't see it.

"In a room full of sunshine, only the blind man feels the wonder." This is such a great writing for this small syllable work of Art. I enjoyed what you wrote! I'm so thankful that I am not blind. There's so much beauty to behold in life.
Happy Monday
