And this is another lovely story of the little angel finding her way into the right hands, the hands of a little boy who needed hope, and found it in someone's trash. Beautifully written, Carol.
Cheers

Better late than never but the sentiment is the same...Thank you for always having my back, supporting me and for enjoying what I write. I appreciate it very much.

Mr. Olson was certainly generous, first to give Tommy the telescope, and then to share his home and dinner with a stranger. The fact that the one in the doorway is a child raises many questions. Good story. Blessings. Carol

I love all your Christmas stories, and all your other stories too, Carol. Your Christmas stories always leave a subtle message that warms the heart and has us thinking about others at this time of year. You always bring that addd bonus of the angels in your stores, and I just love that! This was another joyful story of how giving is as good as receiving, or even better. Well done, my friend. Love you lots. Sandra xxx

I loved all the Christmas stories this time too.I hope as things settle down maybe I can get them published for Christmas...Illustrations would be awesome but I don't know how ...something to investigate. Matt said Fivrr (where he gets his posters) might do something like that, but he didn't know for sure.

This is a lovely story about a good man who helps one friend and possibly saves a child's life. Do you know in the original Little Match Girl, the shopkeeper, who had seen her the previous day, returned to find her frozen to death. Boy, was that a downer, written in the time when death was simply an escape from their poverty.

Oh I am glad that I didn't write a story with such a sad ending. I really try not to have anything but happy endings. I don't like to make people sad. thanks again, Carol.

What a beautiful, beautiful story, a little boy clutching an angel with a broken wing, clutched by a homeless, needy boy, who may fill the aching heart of a very kind man who indeed was a giver of miracles for another little boy. The scripture says, give and it will be given unto, shaken together, pressed down and overflowing. Beautifully written Caro, blessings Roy

I hope that each of my stories touches someone and reminds them about how special love is...regardless of a person or a pet. If I can move you and touch your heart...I am blessed.

I never get tired of reading Christmas stories with a happy ending. Mr. Olson changed the Christmas for two young boys. He will surely be blessed, as will you, for sharing your creativity and talent.

This was another excellent Christmas tale, Carol, full of warmth. It is always important to look out for others, especially those who are less fortunate than ourselves. A well written piece, I enjoyed reading it.

A lovely Christmas story reminding us of the values of generosity and friendship. Olson reached out and helped a family have a great Christmas, then had a chance for companionship with the homeless child.
Great job,
Rhonda

Oh, Rhonda, you are so kind. My thoughts, prayers, and love are with you as you and Wayne face this difficult time. I appreciate your kindness and hope it comes back to you double-fold.

Once you disabuse yourself (the readers) of any weirdness, it's a great story. I'm assuming that the boy is an angel sent to comfort the old man.
Wishing you the best for the new year.

Another lovely story, and I hope he collected his groceries before he left for home with the boy. He was a very kind-hearted man in both situations. Well written story.
