I love minute verses and am now so impressed at the way you seem to fit your beautiful invented tree family to an array of different verse formats! So clever than you fit your 4 syllable single words into lines 2,3, and 4. I think though you have to be careful with stanza 3. Although the prompt is flexible on rhyme and meter, I think you have to adhere to the 4 line requirement. But an evocative verse in which I thought this new mutation was set to predominate. But in the last line it seems otherwise, sadly. Good luck, Lea! And warms wishes for the season and 2025. Debbie xos

Hi, Beth thank you. Yes, I'm almost finished book 2I will have to leave off again when that's published for a while. But then I'll be back for book 3.
