As you can see, I'm way behind on reviewing. I'm only going to review select posts until I can get caught up. Well done on this story gal. I was impressed that Noah had the discipline to keep from acting on his impulses. He's a better man than me. Good job setting the scene and on the dialogue.

So, Noah and Sami go on a real date, and they still struggle with keeping mostly platonic, but that's the way it should be, in the bible the consummation is the marriage, the betrothal was the ceremony of promise. I saw no problems with your writing and know how those gremlins work. Sami seems determined to make him a meal, so it was wise to let her make the picnic lunch. I am not sure how Sami kept Marc from taking advantage of her, although I am sure Mateo was respectful. She is going to have to marry Noah very soon to put him out of his misery.

Your story is so romantic. I like the way it's evolving. Sami and Noah seem very close, I can tell how close they are and how much they want to make love but want to wait till they are married.

I'm glad they saw a Sherlock Holmes play. I saw one at a little theater here in Indiana, but it was disappointing. I'll take any Frank Sinatra song, and this is definitely a favorite. Noah wanted to make the evening special. Sami should have accepted that instead of saying she'd be just as happy with pizza. So many times we would order dessert to go and have it at home. Sounds familiar. Things are certainly moving along in the romance department. If I may suggest something. I feel that these chapters are a bit long, especially since it seems that things with the human trafficking group are wrapped up. Maybe you have something unexpected coming up in the remaining chapters, but I just feel the need for more action. Still fine writing. judi

As usual the dialogue is very realistic, but I still think you can cut a lot of the small talk about what they are going to eat and whether they want dessert.
