There's the cool breeze in the air and the wind caused by the fluttering of the bird's wings. Both carry that sweet jasmine scent that takes flight and fills the summer evening air! Lovely!

on the bird's wings -- how about "on A bird's wings" (deleting the second 'the') eh... just a thought lol

anyway, a great haiku with cool imagery and smooth flow
i like the thought of the scent of jasmine on a bird's wings...
