This is a lovely poem about Christmas shopping, which I so despise. This poem has nailed the truth about the whole hustle and bustle of shopping at this time of year. I especially love the two lines:
Much simpler when my kids were small,
Those days it was easy to buy presents for all.
All the lines are great and, but when kids were young it was so much cheaper. As they get older the cost goes up expedentially.

Yes, I agree 100% thank you for you. I chose a long time ago not to get myself into debt because I've seen so many do that and the gifts gotten we're not always appreciated.
