Loved it! My view on Christmas and the reason I do everything on line! You summed up for me, albeit a tad exaggerated perhaps, the horrors of people's madness at Christmas. This is fun, humorous and a lyrical joy to read. Just a couple of suggestions: 2nd stanza: And (then) put off shopping; stanza 7: (were) magically gone.

Thank you for the great review and catching the good, Debbie. I love getting a silly idea and just running with it. Lol. I mainly do shopping online as well. No way I'd be in Walmart the day before Christmas. That would be madness. Ha. I'm glad you liked this ridiculous piece. Thank you again.

What a great Christmas poem. The madness around Christmas shopping brings the crazies out. I too am a procrastinators and I have to deal with the madness every year. I suggest we both quit procrastinating and shop early before the crazies come out.
