That's good and so true! It's nice to have someone help us up, but sometimes we just need to do it on our own over and over again. And with God we're not completely alone, but we still have to make the choice ourselves to get back up or to stay down. Great entry for the contest!

What a great message to portray in a poem.
No matter what gets you down, you should just get right back up and again and again, life throws unexpected challenges and as they say what doesn't kill us makes us stronger! Well done and I wish you the very best in the contest.
